Your core impact will be converting strategic initiatives into scaled programs, delivering measurable results across Salesforce effectiveness and commercial operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage programs end-to-end including client and team management.
• Design analytics solutions for business development and client problems.
• Lead POV and innovation initiatives to inform emerging trends.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on professional development.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years managing analytics, strategy, and commercial operations in life sciences.
• Deep expertise in commercial pharma use cases and tools like Tableau, IQVIA, Veeva.
• Project management skills managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and business applications.
• Familiarity with SAS, R, Python, AWS.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
