💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CPO and executive team to shape DHI's story internally and externally. Core impact lies in building the internal communications strategy and owning the employer brand. This newly scoped role sits at the intersection of HR and communications at a public company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own DHI's internal communications strategy and calendar.
• Partner with CEO, CPO, and SLT on all-hands meetings and leadership messages.
• Serve as embedded communications partner for major HR initiatives.
• Develop manager toolkits, FAQs, and rollout plans.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive communications experience in internal/employee comms.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or equivalent.
• Exceptional writing with ability to adapt voice across formats.
• Experience building communications programs from the ground up.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting HR/People/Talent functions on program comms.
• Familiarity with employer brand platforms like LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor.
• Background in HR tech, recruiting tech, or SaaS.
