💼 About This Role

You'll document the global transportation process and support new transportation use cases at Brooks. You'll analyze carrier performance to optimize costs and network performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and document E2E Global Transportation roadmap with leadership.
• Lead RFPs and carrier rate negotiation analysis.
• Manage Transportation Management Maturity process and business cases.
• Lead testing for Transportation projects including UAT.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or relevant role.
• Experience working with ocean, air, and trucking carriers.
• Experience implementing or updating Transportation Management Systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or CBAP/CCBA certification.
• Experience with footwear/apparel business systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
