Description

You will be responsible for daily robot and system operation, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts management at both Apptronik and customer facilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve design and integration, and travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years servicing complex electro-mechanical systems (robotics preferred)
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proficiency with Linux, ROS, and command-line interface
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Perform system bring-up, troubleshooting, emergent service, and preventative maintenance
• Manage spare parts and maintain high robot uptime
• Document processes, work instructions, and training materials
• Create status reports and key metric dashboards
• Travel to customer sites for repairs, maintenance, and training
