Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management
- 5+ years enterprise account management in pre/post-sales
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecom, Cloud, Security
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact and advocate for enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering on customer opportunities
- Cultivate relationships across all levels of customer organization
- Drive ROI with NICE products and services as trusted advisor
