Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 10+ years in customer account relationship management
  • 5+ years enterprise account management in pre/post-sales
  • Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecom, Cloud, Security
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact and advocate for enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering on customer opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships across all levels of customer organization
  • Drive ROI with NICE products and services as trusted advisor
