🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate qualified patient referrals from hospital and skilled nursing accounts.
• Develop and grow book of accounts to increase referral volume.
• Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
• Educate families on care options and coordinate with Senior Living Advisors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with prospecting abilities.
• Hospital or skilled nursing facility sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

• Experience with CRM like Salesforce.
