π― What You'll Do
- Provide remote applications support via email and phone.
- Assist customers with basic software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Prioritize and manage customer inquiries to meet service levels.
π Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (business-level)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience using ticketing systems

- Higher education or certifications
- Technology, SaaS, or help desk experience
- Knowledge of iOS and Windows environments
