Description

You will own the execution of enterprise pharmaceutical client implementations end-to-end, managing day-to-day project management across multiple concurrent implementations. You'll lead client-facing meetings, build trusted relationships, and develop hands-on expertise in the Courier Health platform, all while supporting patients with rare and serious diseases.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or client-facing SaaS in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Track record of confirming progress and knowing what done looks like
• Comfortable presenting to and managing senior client stakeholders
• Strong written communication skills
• Technical aptitude to understand data models, system configurations, and how platforms work under the hood

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-live stabilization
• Confirm progress with internal teams, surface blockers early, and escalate when needed
• Lead client-facing meetings, send clear updates, and build trusted relationships with platform champions and executive stakeholders
• Recognize dependencies, flag deviations early, and drive creative solutions when the path forward isn't obvious
• Develop hands-on expertise in the Courier Health platform by configuring workflows, profiles, and custom attributes, and partner with Customer Engineers on data mapping and technical specs
