💼 About This Role

You'll build, maintain, and enhance systems and integrations connecting the GTM tech stack, directly influencing the full sales funnel. You'll take ownership of inbound routing and lead assignment, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partnerships to drive efficiency. This role offers the chance to work with HubSpot automations and CPQ tools in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain GTM tech stack integrations
• Manage inbound routing and lead assignment rules
• Analyze process performance and conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, or similar roles
• Proven experience with Python or Node.js, SQL, and HubSpot automations
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Pipedream
• Expertise configuring HubSpot and other GTM technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• CPQ and CLM platform experience
• Passion for FinTech/eCommerce
• Experience in fast-paced environments
