You will design, implement, and manage benefits and retirement programs across Canada and the U.S., ensuring alignment with the company's Total Rewards strategy. This role is key to creating an environment where employees can thrive.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing benefits programs
• In-depth knowledge of employee benefits in Canada and the U.S.
• Experience in vendor and broker management including RFP process
• Expertise in leaves management (disability, parental leave)
• Intermediate experience with Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage group benefits, retirement savings, and perks programs
• Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process
• Oversee vendor selection and management for benefits and retirement plans
• Administer and improve leave of absence programs (disability, parental leave, etc.)
• Track key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify trends
