💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the local face of Mom's Meals in Michigan, working with healthcare providers and agencies to drive awareness and program enrollment. This role is responsible for building relationships and supporting access to nutritious meals for those in need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with community stakeholders like social workers and non-profits.
• Promote meal programs through in-person outreach and educational sessions.
• Identify eligible clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Track outreach activities and outcomes using CRM tools.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of community outreach, sales, or healthcare experience
• Proven ability to engage community health organizations
• Willingness to travel locally and statewide (75% daytime travel)

• Experience in community outreach, sales, social services, or healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and social assistance programs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
