You'll lead DREAM's organizational advocacy and community engagement strategy, aligning policy, partnerships, and family engagement to drive equitable outcomes for students and families. You'll build and scale a high-impact portfolio of community partnerships addressing needs like workforce development, healthcare access, and civic participation. This role stands out for its focus on empowering families as partners and advancing equity in education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and lead DREAM's organizational advocacy and community engagement vision and strategy
• Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of community partnerships addressing family needs
• Represent DREAM in public, policy, and community-based spaces
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Community Impact Team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in public policy, education, social work, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in community impact, advocacy, social services, or education
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing organizational advocacy or policy strategies at local, state, or national level
