💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in the Richmond area. Your core impact is following a designated care plan and performing skilled nursing duties like medication administration and wound care. This role offers premium rates for a Baylor schedule (Fri-Sun-Mon or Fri-Sat-Sun).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Perform medication administration, wound care, treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document observations and care using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
