Description

As an Accountant at AirTrunk, you'll support the Singapore finance team with month-end and year-end closing, financial operations, and process improvements. You'll manage accruals, VAT/GST, intercompany accounting, and variance analysis, while helping define best practices in a dynamic data centre company.

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting or finance operations
• Strong knowledge of month-end close and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in VAT/GST and corporate tax handling
• Ability to work with overseas teams and external stakeholders
• Experience with process improvement and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, bank entries, VAT/GST, and intercompany accounting
• Prepare general ledger journals, month-end schedules, and perform bank/balance sheet reconciliations
• Conduct monthly actual vs. budget variance analysis and provide insights
• Enhance financial governance via internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with regional tax matters
