💼 About This Role

You'll partner with engineering and product leaders to drive contact center technology programs from start to finish. You'll lead cross-functional teams and employ effective project and change management controls to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and within budget. This role requires some travel and is highly client-facing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business-critical contact center solutions.
• Own program-level governance for CCaaS engagements.
• Manage project-level budgets, forecasts, and financials.
• Drive and govern Agile and hybrid delivery lifecycles.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Engagement Lead, or Program Manager.
• Experience deploying contact center solutions (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, Google CES).
• Proven expertise managing complex program dependencies across vendors and carriers.
• Strong financial acumen tracking project budgets and resource utilization.
