You'll manage a production team at a fusion energy company building the world's first fusion power plant. Your leadership will directly impact the efficient and safe operation of the facility while maintaining the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate with engineers and scientists to optimize production processes and drive innovation in clean energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily production team activities including scheduling and workload distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and radiation protection protocols
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve production processes
• Identify and address production bottlenecks and equipment issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated experience assigning tasks and overseeing performance
• Developed, implemented, and enforced processes for electromechanical assembly and test
• Experience communicating effectively cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, changing work environments
