💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs. You'll ensure safety and functionality of property buildings and equipment. This role demands superior customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair on apartment units
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment
• Prepare apartments for turnovers through painting, plumbing, and basic electric work
• Document work performed and parts used daily

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Knowledge of safety procedures
