💼 About This Role

You'll support and advance reliability and Condition-Based Maintenance programs across assigned regions. You'll analyze predictive data, provide repair recommendations, and coach site teams. This role is critical in bridging corporate standards with site-level execution for the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support regional sites with CBM program improvements and data analysis
• Audit compliance with reliability standards and CBM procedures
• Train and mentor site CBM technicians and maintenance personnel
• Coordinate predictive technology vendors and data collection

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in heavy industrial environments
• Demonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration and oil analysis
• ISO-certified Vibration Analyst Category II certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Machinery Lubrication Technician or Analyst (MLT/MLA Level I or higher)
• Ultrasound or thermography certification
