You'll work directly with the CEO to shape product direction for an AI teammate that helps startups scale. You'll take ambiguous ideas and turn them into clear designs across surfaces like desktop and web. This role offers a chance to build a design system from scratch at a16z-backed company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design flows and interfaces for multi-surface products
• Rapidly prototype ideas in Figma and test with customers
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure scalable designs
• Run lightweight user research and usability tests

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for software products
• Fluency in interaction design and prototyping in Figma
• Track record of driving design from discovery through launch
• Experience with data-driven decision making in design
