Description

You will lead Nextdoor's investor relations strategy and corporate development initiatives, partnering with the CFO and CEO to shape the equity narrative, engage investors, evaluate acquisitions, and drive long-term shareholder value.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years in Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate strategy, private equity, or corporate development
• Direct experience leading Investor Relations at a publicly traded company
• Strong understanding of consumer internet, digital advertising, or marketplace business models
• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills
• Executive presence and ability to engage with sophisticated investors

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Nextdoor's investor relations strategy and execution
• Shape and articulate a differentiated long-term equity narrative
• Prepare senior leadership for earnings calls, conferences, and shareholder engagement
• Identify and evaluate M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities
• Partner with CFO on capital allocation strategy and value creation
