You'll provide advanced troubleshooting and repair support for solar cell production equipment at SpaceX's new solar cell manufacturing facility. Your work ensures equipment reliability enabling orbital AI data centers. This high-impact role offers the chance to drive OEE and support factory scaling at one of the largest solar cell manufacturing facilities in the world.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting on solar cell production tools
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for 95% availability
• Conduct root cause analysis on vacuum and chemical systems
• Train and mentor junior team members on maintenance procedures

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• 3+ years maintaining complex manufacturing equipment in high volume

• Associate's degree or technical certification
• Experience with semiconductor or solar equipment maintenance
• Troubleshooting PLC logic, HMIs, and servo drives
