You'll own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Accounts and Opportunities domains in Klaviyo's GTM sales systems. Your work will directly impact deal velocity and forecast accuracy as the company scales. This role sits within the CIO organization and focuses on designing the right experience and architecture first, then delivering it.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define product vision and roadmap for Accounts and Opportunities
  • Write product requirements and define success metrics
  • Drive discovery and own sprint prioritization
  • Deliver outcomes that move business KPIs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in product ownership within GTM technology space
  • Ability to think in systems, not tickets
  • Comfortable presenting vision to CRO and writing acceptance criteria

  • Experience with AI-first process redesign
  • Familiarity with data architecture and downstream analytics
