Description

As an Advanced Practice Practitioner at Ophelia, you will provide clinical care via telehealth to patients with opioid use disorder and related mental health conditions, working within a team-based model to develop treatment plans, perform behavioral interventions, monitor patient progress, and educate patients. This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a mission-driven startup.

Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Active DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) or willingness to obtain
• Fully licensed to practice in New Jersey
• Passion for vulnerable populations
• Comfortable with remote telehealth and multiple tech platforms

Responsibilities

• Determine individualized treatment plans for patients
• Use motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions to motivate patients
• Conduct behavioral health evaluations for depression, anxiety, insomnia
• Monitor treatment response, side effects, and adherence
• Document patient encounters in EHR timely and accurately
