Requirements

• 5+ years designing SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual UI
• Experience with user research, IA, usability testing, accessibility
• Ability to simplify complex workflows in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile scrum teams to design and deliver features
• Conduct user research and validate design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Elevate design processes and share knowledge with UX peers
• Contribute to and maintain design system and UI patterns
