🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic areas
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical Manager
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Rhode Island
• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
