🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead project controls strategy and governance.
• Manage cost, schedule, EVM, risk, and change control processes.
• Oversee resource-loaded schedules and forecasting.
• Deliver executive reporting on project health and performance.

📋 Requirements

• 15 years of progressive Project Controls experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience on multi-billion-dollar mega-projects in semiconductor, energy, or EPC.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, EVM, CPM, and integrated project controls.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
• ERP system experience.
