You'll build and ship production-grade AI agents for a platform transforming customer experiences. You'll drive the Agent Development Life Cycle with full ownership from pilot to deployment. You'll partner directly with large enterprises to solve critical business challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
• Manage the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to production
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand their needs
• Contribute insights back to evolve the platform

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Strong technical problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Comfort working directly with customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
