Courier Health builds software for life sciences companies to support patients with chronic and rare diseases. As Engagement Manager, you will manage client relationships by leading platform implementations and ongoing support, directly impacting patients' access to life-saving therapies.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of SaaS delivery, customer success, or account management experience
• Experience managing complex projects for enterprise clients
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in or willingness to learn rare disease/specialty pharma ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Manage platform implementation and maintenance timelines and communication
• Advise clients on Patient Services and Field Access strategy
• Build trust with client leadership teams and software users
• Generate awareness for business results and platform impact
• Identify opportunities for relationship growth and expansion
