💼 About This Role

You'll fabricate wooden crates and boxes using hand and power tools, read blueprints to determine crate specifications, and operate forklifts and overhead cranes to load and unload trucks. This role works with large equipment for top industry clients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Build wooden crates, skids, and boxes using hand and power tools
• Read blueprints and specs to determine crate size and materials
• Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move equipment
• Maintain organization of shipping bays and material storage areas

📋 Requirements

• Communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to complete shipping paperwork accurately
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8+ hours

✨ Nice to Have

• Crating or material handling experience
• Forklift experience with certification a plus
• Experience working with wood and large assemblies
