Description

You will design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies to uncover consumer needs and drive innovation, translate data into compelling narratives, and build a foundational knowledge base that keeps the organization connected to the consumer pulse. This role balances rapid tactical research with deeper strategic studies and requires a strategist, storyteller, and advocate to embed consumer-centric thinking across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in research-related field (Master's preferred); 5–8 years experience in consumer or user research.
  • Expertise in quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis, segmentation) and qualitative methods (interviews, ethnography, usability studies).
  • Proven ability to translate complex research into actionable strategic insights.
  • Experience building research infrastructure (knowledge management systems, insight repositories).
  • Strong storytelling and cross-functional coaching skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies (surveys, interviews, ethnographies, usability tests).
  • Serve as consumer advocate on Discovery teams, shaping strategic decisions in front-end innovation.
  • Deliver insights with clarity, translating data into compelling narratives for cross-functional alignment.
  • Build and curate Foundational Knowledge Base as a strategic asset for real-time consumer insights.
  • Operationalize consumer validation lab, including participant recruiting and usability protocols.
