💼 About This Role

You'll work on printed circuit board layouts for spacecraft avionics, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure designs survive harsh space environments. Your boards will control Falcon and Dragon vehicles on actual missions. This role offers high ownership and the chance to see your designs fly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review schematics and assist with hierarchical design capture
• Perform component placement, routing, and layer stackup
• Produce PCB layouts for launch vehicles and spacecraft
• Interface with manufacturing to meet DFM guidelines
• Create and release PCB fabrication documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE or computer engineering
• 1+ years of electronics hardware design experience
• Experience with electrical test equipment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, RS-422
• Familiarity with IPC standards
• Experience with KiCad, Altium, Eagle, or Xpedition
