You'll oversee the investment operations teams supporting KKR Insurance's $80B real estate portfolio. Your work will ensure seamless asset setup and lifecycle management across commercial and residential mortgages and equity. You'll interface with third-party servicers and drive process enhancements to support complex structured transactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee asset setup for new securities and structured transactions
• Set up SPVs to hold assets and facilitate internal securitization
• Oversee funding, settlement, and ongoing asset lifecycle management
• Manage relationships with third-party servicers and custodians

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years experience in investment operations
• Prior experience in private credit or equity deal funding
• Knowledge of credit investments like bank loans or real estate
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS or Geneva platforms
• Supervisory or mentoring experience
