You'll visit patients in their homes or offices to collect blood samples using safe procedures, working as part of a high-growth startup transforming at-home diagnostics. Your work will directly improve patient adherence and close gaps in care. This role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement for your own vehicle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit patients in their homes or offices to collect blood specimens.
• Process specimens using a centrifuge in your vehicle.
• Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience team.

📋 Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
