You'll lead the transformation of continuous improvement at Qonto, shifting Lean from theory to practice in a fast-growing organization. You'll embed sustainable improvement practices company-wide, proving their measurable business impact. This role offers direct exposure to exec-level stakeholders and the chance to shape Lean at Qonto's next stage of scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply Lean expertise to drive practical, outcome-focused improvements across teams.
• Identify and nurture improvement champions across the organization.
• Run hands-on Kaizen events and improvement projects with operational teams.
• Drive cultural change by building trust and using AI tools to scale impact.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience driving cultural transformation in complex, fast-moving organizations.
• Ability to build ROI models for continuous improvement and communicate in business language.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops that solve real problems.
• Systemic thinking in hyper-growth or multi-geo environments.
