💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to achieve production targets. You'll manage the movement of cars, oversee repairs, and ensure quality standards. This role directly contributes to Carvana's no-hassle car buying experience by reconditioning vehicles to first-rate condition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities and coach team members
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
