Description

You will manage accounting operations, improve systems and processes, and support day-to-day accounting needs at a medical device company revolutionizing kidney stone treatment. You'll project manage initiatives, drive efficient closes, and build clear reporting to inform decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an accounting manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with NetSuite and sales tax compliance (Avalara preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
• Experience with SOX 404A internal controls

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and month-end support to the accounting team
• Drive compliance with state and local taxes, including sales tax (Avalara) and new jurisdiction registrations
• Support external financial statement audits and quarterly reviews
• Drive rollout of SOX 404A internal control program, drafting process and controls documentation
• Partner with systems team to translate accounting needs into scalable solutions
