💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Injection Moulding Subject Matter Expert, bridging customers and suppliers to translate design intent into manufacturable solutions. Your impact will drive technical costing strategies and DFM/DFA initiatives to accelerate product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical costing strategies and lead DFM/DFA initiatives.
• Transition products from prototype to high-volume injection moulding production.
• Collaborate across CNC, additive, and sheet metal manufacturing domains.
• Drive end-to-end tooling development and engineering oversight.

📋 Requirements

• 6-7 years of hands-on injection moulding experience.
• 2-3 years in injection mold design and development.
• 2-3 years as a tool maker/tooling engineer.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of 3DP and sheet metal.
• Exposure to die casting or similar processes.
• Working knowledge of Mold flow analysis.
