You'll manage contractual and commercial aspects of complex international infrastructure projects, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated. You'll bridge design and execution through hands-on project lifecycle involvement, from tendering to on-site support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Determine contract strategies during tender phase
• Analyze contract documentation for commercial risks
• Monitor fulfillment of contractual agreements
• Identify variations and support claim negotiations

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years contract management experience in heavy infrastructure
• International contract forms knowledge (FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Experience with immersed tunnels or marine structures
• Background in civil engineering or construction law
