You'll serve as a trusted advisor to GTM Partnerships leadership, driving core operating rhythms and leading high-impact projects that define partner performance and targets. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align definitions, reporting, and efficiency across partner teams. This role offers a chance to shape operating cadences and lead strategic initiatives at a leading AI research and deployment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and drive the Partnerships operating cadence
• Define and maintain partner performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, scorecards)
• Partner with GTM Planning and Strategic Finance to shape targets
• Own and evolve the partnerships data and attribution model

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations at a high-growth tech company
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau
• Deep understanding of partnerships data models and KPIs
• Experience supporting GTM operating cadences (forecasting, pipeline reviews)

• Experience with partner/channel/ecosystem motions
• Understanding of the AI landscape
