As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you'll drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, inspire your team, and create an engaging environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Natural motivator with collaborative team player attitude
• Engaging, nimble, creative, and driven
• Ability to lead by example and uphold exceptional customer service
• Experience in retail leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate quality of in-store customer experience by training and upholding Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Maximize KPIs including OPH, NPS (85%), SPH, and STACK leader conversion and sales success
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, fixture integrity, and cleanliness
• Support onboarding, performance assessment, and employee engagement
