💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end design for Docrio and Matters Intakes, leading discovery, research, and prototyping. Your work will directly impact how attorneys, paralegals, and legal ops teams manage critical workflows daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design for features across Docrio and Matters Intakes from framing to QA
• Partner with Product and Engineering to scope work and resolve ambiguity
• Conduct customer research including interviews, usability sessions, and concept testing
• Design for legal realities: compliance, audit trails, permissions, and high-stakes workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product design or UX design experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Portfolio of data-dense, multi-step workflows demonstrating interaction design and IA
• Fluency in Figma and working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility
• Experience designing for regulated industries like legal, healthcare, or financial services

• Experience designing for legal tech, document management, or case management
• Comfortable designing AI features where patterns are still emerging
