Description

You will lead complex litigation and appellate advocacy to protect unborn babies and their mothers, defend pro-life advocates, and work on constitutional claims including First Amendment and Section 1983 issues. Your work will involve drafting court filings, arguing motions, training junior attorneys, and interacting with media.

Requirements

• J.D. and active license in at least one US state bar
• 1+ years of complex litigation experience
• Capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction within one year
• 5+ years of complex litigation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and litigate complex lawsuits supporting pro-life causes
• Develop strategy, arguments, and testimony for cases
• Produce high-quality legal papers including briefs and motions
• Represent clients in court and argue motions
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery
