Description

As a RAN Systems Engineer, you will debug and resolve field issues, guide testing teams, and collaborate on satellite network architecture for the first global cellular broadband network in space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years as a System Engineer and at least 5 years in telecommunications
• Deep familiarity with Cellular standards: 4G and/or 5G
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve field issues related to RAN systems and satellite network integration
• Guide and support testing teams during validation and deployment phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upcoming solutions for SAT network architecture
• Participate in system-level design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards
• Provide technical leadership in RF and lower-layer protocol analysis
