💼 About This Role

You'll own Backpack's internal security program, managing bug bounty programs and collaborating with researchers. You'll proactively hunt for state-of-the-art vulnerabilities and act as the security lead. This role offers flexible hours and hybrid work with office options in Chicago, Dubai, or Tokyo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the internal security program

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a security lead
• Deep understanding of security practices
• Experience with vulnerability assessment
• Fluent in English
