Description

You will lead the team that designs, runs, and improves the systems, processes, and insights powering our marketing engine. You'll own lead management, funnel alignment, PQL frameworks, attribution models, and martech strategy, ensuring marketing spend drives efficient growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with 3+ years leading people and teams.
  • Deep familiarity with modern B2B SaaS go-to-market, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), lead/PQL scoring, multi-touch attribution, ABX/ABM, CDPs, and data enrichment.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL or GSheets to C-level decks.
  • Builder's mindset: enjoys designing systems and processes from first principles.
  • Proven ability to lead planning and budget conversations with Finance and GTM leaders.
  • Executive presence and influence skills to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Marketing Operations function, owning systems, processes, planning, and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders to improve end-to-end systems for lead management, funnel alignment, campaign execution, ABM, and sales development.
  • Own the martech roadmap: evaluate current stack, identify gaps, and drive new initiatives with Revenue Technology.
  • Define and run the marketing operating cadence to measure outcomes, monitor performance, and adjust strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead marketing planning engine including annual/quarterly planning, budget allocation, and OKR management.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a world-class Marketing Operations team.
