You'll support apartment turnover at University House Tempe, helping with move-out and move-in coordination. You'll perform maintenance tasks and light housekeeping to ensure a seamless resident experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor repairs like painting, drywall, and caulking
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and grounds cleanup
• Provide general administrative support as needed

📋 Requirements

• Willing to lift heavy items up to 100 lbs
• Must be 18 years or older
• Physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours
• Customer service mindset and communication skills
