You'll partner with the Commercial Operations team to keep workflows running smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage CRM processes, improve data hygiene, and build reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. This remote-first role offers high ownership and the chance to shape a lean commercial ops function from day one.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage lead assignment logic and workflows for speed and accuracy.
- Support commercial teams with clean, organized CRM data.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for Sales, CS, and Leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage lead flows and maintain data accuracy.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflow.
- Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools.
