You will shape cloud architecture, drive operational excellence, and optimize infrastructure costs in a fully remote environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure
• Manage and optimize AWS-based environments including EKS/Kubernetes clusters
• Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Implement effective FinOps strategies with finance and leadership teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles including 5+ years managing cloud infrastructure teams
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem (EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, RDS)
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
