💼 About This Role

You'll lead electrical maintenance and reliability for a large industrial facility. You'll oversee utilities, cranes, and mobile equipment to maximize uptime and drive continuous improvement. This role offers day-one benefits and an annual bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Control workflow and minimize downtime/breakdowns
• Facilitate training sessions on compliance standards and routine methodologies
• Conduct trend analysis and compile symptom/failure data
• Administer safety activities and coordinate emergency preparedness

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 3 years experience, or 5+ years in lieu of degree
• Knowledge of utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and HVAC
• Knowledge of AC/DC controls, motors, and transformers

• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
