💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Product area for Patient Administration & Billing at Avelios, building the leading software platform for data-driven hospital digitization. You'll own the integrated roadmap, ensure cross-module consistency, and drive collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Project teams. This role combines strategic ownership with operational excellence across discovery, delivery, and rollout.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Own and maintain an integrated roadmap across modules.
• Drive alignment with Engineering, Design, and Project teams.
• Coordinate product launches and enablement for successful adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in complex, process-heavy environments.
• Proven people leadership of a team >4 people.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Engineering/Design/Project/Customer).
• Ability to breakdown complexity into manageable workstreams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, MedTech, clinical software).
• Domain knowledge of billing or clinical workflows.
